Finding Our Office
We know our office can be a little tricky to find—thanks to a charming but sprawling historic building with limited signage. We’re located in Building 50 at The Village at Grand Traverse Commons, a former state hospital turned vibrant community hub.

Parking & Main Entrance
You may park in any available space at The Commons. The lot closest to our office is on the south side of Building 50, between Trattoria Stella and Cottage 20. From there:
- Walk up the covered stairs at the Fountain Entrance
- Turn right at the top
- Enter the door at the end of the porch
- We’re the first door on the right after the elevator
Accessible Entry Options
We want all visitors to feel welcome and able to access our space. Two accessible routes to Elevator B (Floor 1) via the Mercato on the Ground Level:
- Use the ramp near Trattoria Stella, follow the hallway past Premier Floral, turn left and take Elevator B to Floor 1.
- Use the Mercato 800 Main Entrance ramp, follow the corridor to Sanctuary Goods, turn right and take Elevator B to Floor 1.

Office Hours & Appointments
Our team typically works Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but our in-office hours are flexible. We may be working remotely or out in the community, so there may be times when no one is available in the office. If you’d like to speak with a specific staff member, we recommend emailing them directly to set up an appointment.
