Requests for Proposals

Partner With Us on Rotary Charities’ 50th Anniversary (2026–2027)

Rotary Charities of Traverse City is preparing for its 50th Anniversary—a multi-year campaign that honors our legacy, reflects on shared learning, and connects past investments to future direction.

To support this effort, we are seeking qualified partners to collaborate with our team across research, storytelling, and production.

Below is an overview of the roles currently open for proposals. Full Scope of Work (SOW) documents are linked for each opportunity.

History & Legacy Research Consultant

The History & Legacy Research Consultant will provide the foundational research that informs anniversary storytelling across all campaign elements.

This role focuses on documenting institutional memory and synthesizing insights from five decades of work. Responsibilities include document-based research, coordinated stakeholder interview documentation, and development of thematic synthesis memos to guide narrative development.

This is a research and synthesis role, not publication-ready writing.
