Capacity Advisory Pool
Capacity Advisory pool
GUIDANCE FOR NAVIGATING CHALLENGES AND BUILDING CAPACITY
The Capacity Advisory Pool is a diverse network of experts who offer strategic guidance, mentorship, and recommendations, along with tools and resources to help you address your organization's challenges and growth. Through the Capacity Advisory Pool, nonprofits can access the knowledge and support needed to enhance their capacity, amplify their impact, and create lasting change, at no cost to the organization.
What you can expect
Eligible organizations can receive:
-

An exploratory call to clarify your needs
 -

Up to five hours of no-cost consultation per fiscal year (July – June)

Coaches offer strategic guidance, tools, and next steps in a range of topic areas. While they won’t complete projects for you, they will help you chart a clear path forward.
The Capacity Advisory Pool is designed to support your organization’s growth — not replace your internal efforts. The goal is to strengthen your ability to make informed decisions and implement changes independently.
