The Small Business Lender & Coach is responsible for ensuring a consistent, year-round pipeline of mission-aligned loan opportunities in the Grand Traverse, Manistee, Leelanau, and Benzie counties by building strong community relationships, cultivating referrals, and guiding prospective borrowers from initial inquiry through a completed loan application.
This role is highly relationship-driven and field-oriented.
