Key responsibilities include overseeing operations, managing staff and ensuring financial sustainability through budgeting, fundraising, and grant management. A significant role of this position will be fundraising. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the Ed will help to establish long-term goals, and strengthen community partnerships. The Executive Director will serve as the primary public representative of the organization, advocating for individuals experiencing homelessness.
