This position works with the Grand Traverse Conservation District's Conservation Team to further GTCD's mission by leading natural resources best practice on the over 2,500 acres of parklands managed and owned by GTCD. Primary responsibilities include the development & implementation of work plans, trail & parkland maintenance, implementation of conservation & restoration projects, obtaining permits, reporting, grant writing, managing contractors partnership development, & community engagement.
