The Executive Director (ED) serves as the organization’s chief leader and ambassador, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. The ED is responsible for advancing the mission, strategic priorities, and financial sustainability of the organization while ensuring the delivery of high-quality youth mentoring programs. This role provides leadership in nonprofit management, fund development, financial oversight, Board relations, team development, and compliance with BBBSA Standards of Practice.
