The Inland Seas Education Association (ISEA) is seeking a full-time, year-round Captain to operate its two educational schooners, Inland Seas and Alliance, based out of Suttons Bay, Michigan, and sailing throughout the Great Lakes. This leadership role involves commanding day and overnight environmental education and scientific research programs from mid-April through mid-October, managing the onboard crew, overseeing vessel maintenance, and helping with seasonal hiring.
