Northwestern Michigan College is seeking a Student Success Coach to provide personalized academic support and guidance to adult learners, helping them develop skills in organization, time management, study strategies, and goal setting. Responsibilities of this role include empowering students through one-on-one coaching, connecting them with campus and community resources, assisting with program development, and supporting Student Success Center operations. The Student Success Coach will also help track student progress, coordinate engagement activities, and contribute to programming that promotes persistence and success for all learners.
