Interlochen Center for the Arts is seeking a Major Gift Officer to join a dynamic and growing Philanthropy team during an exciting period of strategic expansion. Responsibilities of this role include managing a portfolio of 125–150 donors and prospects, cultivating meaningful relationships, and securing major and planned gifts to support scholarships, programs, and endowment initiatives. The Major Gift Officer will engage donors through personal outreach and travel, collaborate with leadership and colleagues to advance giving opportunities, and play a key role as Interlochen prepares to launch the public phase of its upcoming campaign. This position offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact by connecting donors with Interlochen’s mission of inspiring and empowering young artists.
