The Traverse Bay Children's Advocacy Center seeks an administrative assistant to support the Traverse Bay Resiliency Center, a community-based resource dedicating to supporting healing following the mass-violence incident that impacted Traverse City July 2025 at Walmart.
The Administrative Assistant position is a multi-task position with front deck responsibilities as well as responsibility for session scheduling, record and file maintenance, and statistical reporting for the Services Team.
