The Norte Race Team Liaison plays a key role in advancing the mission of Norte Youth Cycling by supporting our seasonal race team from April to November.
As an employee and representative of Norte, this part-time position works closely with core staff to deliver rider support through clinics, scheduled rides, pre-rides, and race-day presence — prioritizing the racer experience and team culture over outcomes.
