We invest in changemakers and organizations through grants and mission-aligned investments, supporting the creation or expansion of community assets and the work to redesign the systems that support community well-being.

SEED GRANTS
Seed Grants support the convening, planning, and capacity-building efforts that help turn bold ideas into actionable plans.
Funding: Up to $15,000
Deadlines: Monthly
ASSETS FOR
THRIVING COMMUNITIES
Assets for Thriving Communities grants support the development, enhancement, or expansion of shared infrastructure that benefits everyone.
Funding: Up to $50,000
Deadlines: March & September
SYSTEMS CHANGE ACCELERATOR
Systems Change Accelerator grants support strategies that reimagine and restructure the way systems work, targeting policies, practices, relationships, resource flows, and mental models.
Funding: Up to $150,000
Deadlines: March & September
LEARNING FUND
The Learning Fund provides financial support for local changemakers and their teams to access training and professional development opportunities.
Funding: Up to $500 for individuals, $2,000 for teams
Deadlines: Ongoing
IMPACT INVESTING
We invest a portion of our portfolio in mission-aligned projects and funds that generate both social and financial returns, leveraging our assets for greater impact.

- Organizational Eligibility
Eligible organizations must:
- Provide services in Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, or Leelanau counties.
 - Be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians, a local unit of government, or a school district.
 - Partnerships and networks may apply using an eligible organization as a fiscal sponsor.
