Collective Sparks is a new pilot series from Rotary Charities designed to create space for practical learning, shared reflection, and local connection among nonprofit leaders and staff.
The first session will explore the concept of a 32-hour work week, as experienced and led by Juliette Schultz, Executive Director of the Women’s Resource Center.

Leadership Learning Lab is a 10-month program that combines monthly learning sessions, Q + A sessions, small group learning pods, individual reflection, and ongoing support to help you become a more self-aware, adaptive, collaborative, and resilient leader, develop new skills for communicating and collaborating with others, and manage your time, reduce overwhelm and focus on what is most important. 

Offered by Collective Impact Forum, this 2-part workshop will explore how to build an understanding of the key conditions and practices that support collective impact, and how backbone teams and collaborative leadership structures help coordinate and advance collaborative efforts. Attendees can register for a full series pass to join both online workshops or register for a single workshop. Each workshop is three hours; registration includes a copy of the presentation and materials, as well as three months access to the recording following the session.
