Offered by Ideo U, this 2-part workshop will teach you IDEO’s approach to futuring: a human-centered, action-oriented methodology that turns foresight into a competitive advantage. This hands-on program is designed for leaders who are tired of expensive plans that don’t hold up in a rapidly changing market.

Apply research-informed futures thinking to help organizations build readiness and make more resilient decisions.
Use a structured and repeatable approach to anticipating and preparing for multiple possible futures.
Identify the most relevant opportunities and threats across near‑ and longer‑term horizons.
