Offered by the Center for Nonprofit Excellence, explore how to reduce burnout, improve retention, and streamline decision-making by learning practical “no” scripts, time/energy boundaries, and delegation frameworks leaders can implement immediately.

Learning Objectives

  • Participants will be able to identify personal and organizational boundary challenges that contribute to burnout, high turnover, or mission drift in nonprofit leadership.
  • Participants will practice and apply at least three “saying no” strategies that protect their time, energy, and organizational priorities while maintaining professional relationships.
  • Participants will learn how to integrate boundaries into leadership practices (delegation, decision-making, and team communication) to improve retention, clarity, and overall organizational wellness.
