Offered by CompassPoint, this 2-part workshop will explore the skills needed and new perspectives on how to lead people through transition. 

In this online workshop, you will:

• Understand the distinction between change (an event or situation) and transition (a process) and recognize the impacts on people in your organization  
• Be introduced to the Margin to Center framework as a way to identify solutions to challenges
• Learn to distinguish between adaptive challenges and technical fixes and how they apply to a change occurring in your organization
