Offered by Compass Point, this 2-part series will explore how are you centering what matters most: your team's ability to navigate transitions. In a time of significant change in our world and our organizations, it’s more important than ever to gain skills and perspectives about how to lead people through transition.

In this online workshop, you will:
-- Understand the distinction between change (an event or situation) and transition (a process) and recognize the impacts on people in your organization
-- Be introduced to the Margin to Center framework as a way to identify solutions to challenges
-- Learn to distinguish between adaptive challenges and technical fixes and how they apply to a change occurring in your organization
