Offered by the Tamarack Institute, explore the process and outputs required to create an effective collaboration strategy, including how to build will and commitment for collaboration, clarify the problem or opportunity you want to address, co-create a community aspiration and shared action plan, and champion high-leverage, systems-focused activities.

What to expect:

• Deepen their knowledge and skill to lead and facilitate diverse sectors and groups to develop and advance a shared strategy.
• Understand the core work in each of the 4 phases of any community change initiative.
• Consider the fundamental mindset shifts required to advance collaborative strategies.
• Discover useful tools and frameworks that enable people to think and learn together.
• Learn and share stories and insights from successful collaborative efforts
