Offered by ZingTrain, explore what goes into the decision about whether or not it's time for you to Go Direct and have a courageous conversation and learn tools for preparing yourself before diving into the steps for engaging in the conversation. The workshop will include a supportive, breakout-room-based role play, giving you the chance to practice before testing out these new tools in real-life situations. Taking the time to practice having courageous conversations helps foster a work environment that encourages respectful and effective dialogue during times of conflict.
