Offered by CoCreative, this 4-part series will explore essential meeting planning, facilitation, and leadership practices that help diverse groups move from goal setting to achieving tangible outcomes together and provide practical strategies and tools, ready to apply within your own teams and networks.
The course centers around the six stages of the meeting cycle and will support you in:
- Setting an intentional meeting agenda
- Creating a conducive meeting environment
- Building and maintaining a culture of accountability
- Guiding conversations and providing direction during and between meetings
- Crafting a compelling narrative that builds group momentum
