Offered by CompassPoint, this 2-part workshop will create a space to explore effective meeting habits, develop skills to plan a meeting, explore how to wield power to unlock everyone’s gifts and contributions, get the right voices in the room, and guide conversations toward meaningful goals.

In this online workshop, you will:

• Learn how to use the “purpose, outcome, and process” (P.O.P) format to design a meeting
• Learn how to center marginalized voices in meetings
• Learn strategies for interrupting oppressive power dynamics in meetings
