Facilitation Skills: Creating Powerful and Purposeful Meetings

This is a space for people who work at nonprofit organizations and/or in social justice movement spaces, and who want to explore practical skills to strengthen their approach to guiding teams through meetings. In this online workshop, you will:
• Learn how to use the “purpose, outcome, and process” (P.O.P) format to design a meeting
• Learn how to center marginalized voices in meetings
• Learn strategies for interrupting oppressive power dynamics in meetings
