Foundations of Leadership and Management

Offered by Reloveulation, this 6-part workshop is designed for aspiring and newer managers, or leaders/managers who have never received official training and will focus on building strong, human-centered foundations so managers don’t have to “figure it out the hard way.” The emphasis is on foundational skills, mindsets, and philosophies that leaders and managers can apply immediately. 

Topics may include:

  • Foundations of Leadership & Management
  • Building Your Leadership Ethos and Philosophy
  • Leading with Confidence & Courage (and Without Imposter Syndrome)
  • Confidently Transitioning from Peer to Manager
  • Successfully and Ethically Owning Power & Authority
  • Trauma-Informed & Healing Leadership Principles + Applied Practice
  • Navigating the Emotional Labor of Leadership & Management
  • The Art of Compassionate Accountability

Participating organizations  can send 3-10 participants at the same cost. You can enroll fewer than three at a reduced rate to be discussed, and more than 10 at a “scaled” rate. Coalitions, networks, and social impact collectives are also eligible to apply and may send multiple participants under a single organizational investment.

By pooling resources across organizations and offering organizational pricing rather than per-person pricing, this model makes it possible to:

  • Invest in the professional development of multiple leaders and organizations at once
  • Build shared language and practices across teams
  • Dramatically reduce the per-person cost of participation
  • Ensure that access to high-quality learning is more equitably distributed across employees, teams, hierarchy, and the larger sector
