Leadership Communication Accelerator

Offered by Reloveulation, this 6-part workshop is designed for leaders and managers who need to communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively, especially in moments of tension, feedback, or change. The emphasis is on practical language, tools, and real-world application – what to say, how to say it, and why it matters.
Topics may include:
- Giving clear, compassionate, and effective feedback
- Communicating expectations, directions, and goals
- Holding people accountable and enforcing consequences
- Conflict management and de-escalation
- Trauma-informed and healing communication
- Empathetic listening
- Coaching employees for performance improvement and advancement
- Asking more powerful questions and adopting a curiosity mindset
- Repairing trust when communication breaks down
Participating organizations can send 3-10 participants at the same cost. You can enroll fewer than three at a reduced rate to be discussed, and more than 10 at a “scaled” rate. Coalitions, networks, and social impact collectives are also eligible to apply and may send multiple participants under a single organizational investment.
By pooling resources across organizations and offering organizational pricing rather than per-person pricing, this model makes it possible to:
- Invest in the professional development of multiple leaders and organizations at once
- Build shared language and practices across teams
- Dramatically reduce the per-person cost of participation
- Ensure that access to high-quality learning is more equitably distributed across employees, teams, hierarchy, and the larger sector
