Organizational change can be disorienting, especially when it affects roles, teams, or structures. This workshop offers an HR-informed approach to navigating change internally, whether you're leading it, impacted by it, or preparing for it. We'll explore how to move from current to future state with clarity, compassion, and purpose by examining the "why" behind change, defining a clear vision, and identifying the role of internal communications, leadership, and culture in supporting transitions. Participants will leave with practical tools to support themselves and their teams during times of change, whether it’s rooted in loss, growth, or both.

Learning Objectives

Identify the components of an effective internal change process, including defining and mapping the current state, future state, and transition plan.
Gain a clear understanding of the “why” behind organizational change and learn to craft internal messages that align with organizational values and vision.
Examine how HR practices, such as role clarity, and employee support, can enable smoother transitions and reinforce organizational values during change.
Build an action plan to lead or contribute to organizational change efforts grounded in transparency, clear communication, and a shared sense of purpose.
