Let's Talk About Conflict

Oct 7, 2026 • 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Adaptive Leadership, Collaboration, Communications • Virtual Event

Offered by the Tamarack Institute, explore a different way of being with conflict—one that is relational, reflective, and rooted in the understanding that accountability is a form of care. Grounded in transformative conflict frameworks and community-based wisdom, we believe that conflict, when approached with honesty and empathy, can become a powerful catalyst for sustainable cultural change.

Together, we’ll build a shared language and toolbox for engaging conflict in ways that prioritize relationship, resilience, and repair. Through storytelling, self-reflection, and practical tools, participants will explore how power, identity, and lived experience shape our responses to conflict—and how we can meet tension with curiosity, care, and courage.

Cost associated. Eligible for support through Rotary Charities Learning Fund.
