QuickBooks Online Fundamentals for Nonprofits

Offered by QuickBooks Made Easy, this 3-part series will cover the basics of setting up and entering transactions specifically for nonprofits, an overview of the software updates included in QuickBooks® 2025 as well as advanced topics. Register for all 3 dates or a la carte.

Day 1 will include an intro to QBO, setting up correct accounts, entering programs, adding annual budgets, and entering donors. Day 2 will cover entering income, donations and grants, membership dues, and program revenue, as well as entering and paying bills and essential reports for the board. Day 3 will include entering credit card activity, tracking pledges, restricted grants and fundraising events, as well as donor thank you's and acknowledgements and recording in-kind contributions.
