Tools for Effective Feedback

Every work environment thrives on feedback of different kinds, from performance feedback to customer feedback - but most of us haven’t learned HOW to give feedback productively to our peers or how to receive it in return so that we work together more effectively.

You’ll have a chance to learn tips for both giving and receiving peer feedback. You will also get to practice these new tools in a safe environment where the stakes are low (and on a fictional scenario!) and get in-the-moment feedback from fellow participants.
