Tools for Effective Peer Feedback

Offered by ZingTrain, gain an understanding of what can get in the way of our willingness to give our colleagues feedback, and why we can find it hard to hear feedback in return. You’ll have a chance to learn tips for both giving and receiving peer feedback. You will also get to practice these new tools in a safe environment where the stakes are low (and on a fictional scenario!) and get in-the-moment feedback from fellow participants.
