Offered by Compass Poing, this 2-part workshop will explore supervision as a system and relational process that supports growth and mutual thriving for your organization and all of its employees. 

In this online workshop, you will:

• Recognize how transformational commitments and practices can be an antidote to white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism within supervision
• Identify how power intersects with supervision and explore the dominant and liberatory power framework
• Gain skills (setting expectations and sharing feedback) to incorporate into your supervision practices
