AI & Technology • Virtual Event
Offered by the Stanford Social Innovation Review, explore using AI for feedback and listening at scale: what’s working, what’s not, and what responsible AI-enabled listening can look like in practice.
Meaningful change begins with listening. Evidence shows that when we genuinely understand people’s needs and act on what we hear, we make better decisions that lead to better outcomes. So how can AI help nonprofits and foundations listen to more people, synthesize large volumes of data, and respond more effectively?
You can expect to:
- Walk away with an understanding of how to think about effective and responsible AI use in the context of community listening.
- Learn from peers who are using AI to accelerate, scale, and strengthen their feedback processes.
- Identify strategies and tools to support your organization’s feedback collection, analysis, and course correction.
