Offered by CoCreative, explore how you can integrate cognitive and non-rational ways of knowing—somatic, intuitive, and feeling—to engage more effectively with complex systems and develop your capacity to navigate complexity using multiple ways of knowing, leading to more nuanced, effective, and human change work.

In this hands-on workshop, you will:

• Learn how to help groups access and trust their somatic, feeling, and intuitive ways of knowing
• Learn the unique contributions of each source of insight and when and how to use each in systems change work
• Understand how these ways of knowing complement one another and what happens if we neglect one over time
• Working with intuition and feeling, learn practical techniques such as intuition pumps, shifting pace, feeling energy, red-yellow-green lights, and regulating our nervous systems
