Learn how to create clear, concise, and effective SOPs that can be easily understood and executed by anyone, including novices. This course covers a hands-on activity demonstrating the importance of well-written instructions, classroom instruction on SOP development stages, writing standards, and best practices, and a group evaluation of real-world SOPs.
