BUILD YOUR CAPACITY TO LEAD

The challenges of today require leaders who can navigate uncertainty, foster collaboration, and adapt with confidence. To lead effectively, you need space to reflect, the right tools to grow, and trusted support along the way.

The Leadership Coaching Cohort provides that support—offering a confidential, one-on-one partnership to help you deepen self-awareness, leverage your strengths, and tackle challenges with clarity.

The Leadership Coaching Cohort includes:

  • 360° DiSC Assessment

  • Eight 60-minute 1:1 virtual coaching sessions

  • Three cohort coaching sessions

““This experience has been truly transformative. At a critical point in my career and in the life of my organization, coaching helped me embrace the challenges and discomfort that often come with leadership. Lucille created a space that felt genuinely safe and confidential, allowing me to open up and experience meaningful breakthroughs. Her thoughtful presence and the use of tools like the DiSC and 360 review helped me gain deeper insight, renewed confidence, and a stronger commitment to empowering others.”
