““This experience has been truly transformative. At a critical point in my career and in the life of my organization, coaching helped me embrace the challenges and discomfort that often come with leadership. Lucille created a space that felt genuinely safe and confidential, allowing me to open up and experience meaningful breakthroughs. Her thoughtful presence and the use of tools like the DiSC and 360 review helped me gain deeper insight, renewed confidence, and a stronger commitment to empowering others.”
