May 5, 2026 • 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Adaptive Leadership, Equity & Inclusion, Operations & Financial Management • Virtual Event
Offered by CompassPoint, in this 2-part series you will learn how to use the “purpose, outcome, and process” (P.O.P) format to design a meeting, how to center marginalized voices in meetings, and strategies for interrupting oppressive power dynamics in meetings.
This online workshop is a space to learn effective meeting habits, develop skills to plan a meeting, explore how to wield power to unlock everyone’s gifts and contributions, get the right voices in the room, and guide conversations toward meaningful goals.
Who is this training for?
This is a space for people who work at nonprofit organizations and/or in social justice movement spaces, and who want to explore practical skills to strengthen their approach to guiding teams through meetings. If you are frequently tasked with (or are just stepping into) facilitating groups in nonprofits or movement spaces, come learn with us!
