Offered by the Interaction Institute for Social Change, this 7-part series will explore facilitative leadership and building power equitably, how to encourage continuous improvement by focusing on process and relationships, creating the conditions for collaborative action, and learn how to make sense of complexity by involving others to understand the visible and invisible levels of systems.
