Post Eligibility

All submissions must be approved before they are posted.

To be considered for posting, submissions must be for paid jobs at organizations that are eligible for Rotary Charities grant funding which provide services in Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau counties, including 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations, Native nations, local units of government and school districts. Organizations headquartered outside of the 5-county region but that provide services in the region are eligible for posting.

At this time, unpaid or volunteer board positions are not eligible for posting.

Posts remain active for 30 days.

Salary Range

Though not a requirement, we highly recommend posting a salary range when submitting your job. Doing so enhances transparency, can streamline the hiring process, and signals a commitment to fair compensation practices, ultimately attracting top talent and contributing to a more inclusive work environment by ensuring all candidates are aware of compensation upfront, irrespective of negotiating skills or background.
